Just to add a bit of balance, I found them awkward about returning a piece of defective hardware. Have bought other stuff successfully from them, though.

This is a great move for you guys so well done.  Finally hitch a good UK reseller ;). 

I have purchased all Orbx software from FSS so far and they have been fantastic, no complaints what so ever.  It is infact still far cheaper for me to purchase Orbx products through FSS in Australia in bulk like I normally do, rather than buy from the Flightstore in the UK.  There prices on the Orbx software is far greater than FSS, that much infact that it cancels the heavy shipping expenses out and then some from Australia.  I suppose I will benefit just buying the odd new release from Flighstore in future but Im personally happy to carry on with FSS, like I say they have been brill and there cheaper, just means I would have to wait a little longer for delivery than Flightstore. 

Having said that I think it is a great move for Orbx and hopefuly will become more popular over here now.  I know if people try your products they will never look back in my personal opinion.  I was frustrated that not many suppliers over here in the UK had heard of Orbx at a flightsim show earlier this year, well, they will now, and very well deserved too.  Your work is fantastic and again in my opinion, simply the best ;).

Final words are, well done Orbx and well done Flightstore for jumping on the Orbx wagon.

Thats great news as there are down the road from me!  :) Wished I'd known sooner as I have purchased  NA Pacific Fjords from another retailer in Europe and still haven't heard any thing about a delivery date, it's not looking hopeful for my Christmas present  :'(

So two of us noticed then, oh well never mind.

I've used the Flightstore before, and agree there wasn't any problems with them. In fact I had my Saitek go bad on me, and the replacement was sent out pretty quick indeed. Really good customer service, and a good company no doubt. In this instance though, I will continue to use the FSS until a small matter is resolved.

I have always been very happy with the service but it's interests me as to why you have a problem with Flightsim Store, I have looked at the website again and I cant see anything a miss if you could enlighten us?  :)

I will be the bad man then if what I say is correct, if you read my post a bit further up it will enlighten you Mark.  My guess is the price is well, a bit pricey.  I understand about import costs but its still cheaper to buy from FSS in most cases for the Orbx software.  From what I noticed when I took a look at the Flightstore website I could see nothing else wrong at all just a bit on the dear side.
