I get 70 kb/sec single connection and ~250 kb/sec with 4 connections.

Btw, our FTP is screaming now, getting full 600 kb/sec B)

Loaded the large one on a busy friday afternoon in Germany: 2.5 to 3.8 MB/s with most of the time being on the 3.8 MB/s side. As close to my theoretical max speed of 4 MB/s as you can get.

I have 100 Mbps/10 Mbps internet connection (FTTH).

For the 10 MB file I got an average of 409 kb/s and for the 100 MB file an average of 560 kb/s.
That's slow compared with the other posteres.

BTW I'm located in Austria.

I only get DSL 3000 in my part of town but the downloads went with full speed (360kb/sec) with normal browser download and download manager alike.

I assume the file isn't a real zip file, because I couldn't open it in either case.

I've got an average speed of 2 - 2,2 MB/s for 10 MB, 100 MB and 512 MB download located in EDVx.
