Gateway to the Illawara.

The city Wollongong is a 90 minute drive south of Sydney, and is served by the rapidly growing Illawara Regional Airport. The airport is home to a growing Light Aeronautics Industry Cluster, the Historical Aircraft Restoration Society (HARS), Australian Aerial Patrol, and a range of tourism related operations. Orbx developer Ed Correia has faithfully captured the area and also included a large area of photoreal coverage for the approach vectors. Hi Adrian,

just wanted to know "what's going on?" with customer service at FSS?

I've tried calling you on the 1300FLTSIM number but only receive a voice message and no facility to leave a message.
The live support line on FSS is never active.
I've sent through a support ticket 372322 but no response?
I've sent you PM's here in the forums.

I just wanted to pick up a DVD of Wollongong airport? Since you have received a credit in my name, I simply wish to put in my order? Is that so difficult?

Xcl, a little patience goes a long way at ALL times. At this time of the year Adrian would obviously be extremely busy as well as trying to spend some time with his family. I have sent support tickets in the past and it does take him a couple of days to get to them at times. I suggest you sit tight and exercise a little patience and he will get to you ASAP.

Hi Steve, just replied to your ticket but just to summarize the product that was credit was actually refunded back to your credit card. You'll need to place an entirely new order for YWOL.
