Windy Tongass Narrows.

A challenging landing awaits the adventurous pilot of both commercial airliners and bush planes, with infamous crosswinds up to 90 knots which have been known to blow approaching planes out across Tongass Narrows in certain conditions. PAKT is another beautifully crafted airport by Russ White, whose reputation for levels of detail never seen before in FSX is growing with each new project he undertakes. This airport is no exception, with a unique multi-level runway and taxiways sloping down to the aprons. The entire airport precinct is built using a single 3DS Max model and of course Russ has included unique tech such as animated ground staff, seaplanes, and hundreds of details too numerious to mention here. Destined to be a classic!

Thanks for PAKT.
However when I try to "take off" (and airborne) at 115Dg (SE) I crash, near the end of the runway and even if I just try to "fly by" (over) the end of the runway I crash.

Very, very strange.

I too am getting a object crash at the end of the runway.
I have turned off crash detect for now until the team fix these little niggles.
What an amazing airport this is. Now that long taxi down the runway makes a bit of sense.

Yes alfieP I agre, it is a fantastic airport. I will also turn off the crash detect for now.
I just mention it and I can easely live with it, for now.

I have the Tongass Fjords installed,also the Orbx scenery,I think this area was covered by Tongass Fjords,but I could be mistaken,anyway,does any one no if it will be compatable.
